We are seeking a highly driven and organised individual for the role of Executive Assistant at CBRE. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to support senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

About the role

  • Provide high quality Executive Assistant support to our NSW Executive Managing Director
  • Executive support will include diary and email management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, agendas and minute taking, invoice processing and expense reconciliations, and ad hoc financial administration
  • Distribute key communications from the NSW EMD office in a timely and effective manner
  • Manage the NSW function budget, events calendar, small and large staff events, and key client events
  • Work independently and with committees to arrange events in line with budgets
  • Extensive internal and external client/stakeholder engagement and interaction with executive leaders and their teams.

About you:

  • An executive level EA with experience in a fast-paced corporate environment 
  • Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude coupled with maturity, confidentiality, and diplomacy
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Committed, enthusiastic team player, with a passion for helping and collaborating with diverse individuals in a busy environment
  • Event planning and coordination experience - someone with strong attention to detail and who loves events and likes making them feel special
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, effectively handling multiple tasks, manage and prioritise workflow, and anticipate needs for senior leaders and the business before they arise
  • Proficient MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) knowledge coupled with eagerness and capacity to learn CBRE specific programs.
