Hourly Rate: $45-$50 p/h + super

Contract duration: 2 months (perm opportunity available for the right candidate)
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Manage emails and verbal communication on behalf of the Head of Resident Operations.
- Coordinate diary management and extensive travel arrangements.
- Liaise with industry and resident associations.
- Process invoices and expenses in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support including meeting coordination, document management, and event organization.
- Collaborate with other administrative teams for training, events, and communication activities.
- Assist with adhoc special projects as required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role.
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
