The Role

You will be responsible for providing executive assistance to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO), high-level administrative support to the executive team of CHL and wider groups. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
As an Executive Assistant, you will be managing and maintaining the executive schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries. You will assist with preparing and distributing correspondence, memos, business cases and high-level presentations and reports on behalf of the DCEO/executive team.
You will also assist in the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and grant applications, along with providing general administrative support, including managing office supplies, processing invoices, and maintaining office equipment.
About You
To be successful in this role, we’re looking for a someone who is adept at providing Executive support, exceptionally organised and proven experience in contributing to a high performing executive office.
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably within the housing or non-profit sector.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- High level event coordination experience, including national events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in project management, budgeting, and financial reporting
Desirable:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
