Wishlist is a hospital foundation dedicated to fundraising for the needs of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS). Our mission is to work in partnership with the SCHHS and the communities it serves to keep Queenslanders healthy and provide exceptional care through the provision of medical equipment, service support, education and research.
ABOUT THE ROLEAs a dynamic and organised Executive Assistant you will maximise the productivity of the CEO; ensure they have access to current researched advice to make informed decisions; and support the delivery of key strategic projects.
You will:
- Act as the CEO’s point of contact and liaison officer, establishing, promoting and managing relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate and accompany the CEO to high level meetings and ensure accurate records of meetings, actions arising as well as providing logistical support and diary management
- Action requests for communication and proactively ensure responses meet deadlines
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Financial Controller and Managers across the organisation to ensure matters are actioned appropriately and ensure effective time management for the CEO
- Plan, develop and implement strategies which will improve work practices and the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO’s role in the organisation and overall.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of the Wishlist Funding Program
Board Support
- Prepare correspondence, documentation and briefing packs, reports, board papers and secretarial services as required.
- Liaise with key stakeholders – internally and externally – to ensure accurate provision of information

- Experience in diary management and executive meeting support
- Organised, ability to work across independently and efficiently
Experience managing funding and grants processes is desirable but not mandatory.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS- Experience in executive support, typically in excess of five years, including corporate services
- Current drivers licence
- Criminal History Check
- Valid Blue Card (working with children)
- Some evening and weekend work is required to deliver the duties of this role
- Employment will be subject to an annual Performance Plan and Review, with initial appointment subject to a qualifying period of six months
