In this pivotal role, you will support one of our C-Suite Executives and collaborate closely with Katterina, the Co-Founder's Executive Assistant. Your mission is to maximise business outcomes by strategically prioritising and focusing efforts towards areas of the highest impact.
This position demands high engagement with both internal and external stakeholders, acting as a critical gatekeeper to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining the utmost level of care and confidentiality with sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Personal affairs, errands and tasks. Calendar & Inbox management, meeting agenda and follow-up actions, ad hoc general administrative tasks. Travel arrangements and itinerary coordination.
- Project/1:1 Liaison: Assisting with workflow management of C-Suite related projects, functions and 1:1s, proactively identify and develop operational enhancements as the business expands. Instrumental in keeping the finger on the pulse whilst streamlining processes to support rapid growth.
- Problem Solving: Reduce complexity, coordinate with team leaders, and communicate across departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Experience working with senior executives in a fast-paced, agile environment. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the role, enjoy taking initiative, thrive at juggling multiple, competing priorities, and seamlessly shift gears as needed.
- A willingness and eagerness to roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty and jump into the trenches, performing a wide range of duties to successfully drive projects across the finish line under tight deadlines and with a high standard of excellence and attention to detail.
- Experienced in managing strategic projects and BAU delivery, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Self-starter and self-motivator that needs little to no direction, tolerant to ambiguity and quick to pivot when triaging tasks.
- Impeccable organisational and time management skills. Resilient, resourceful, can-do attitude and think outside the box approach to roadblocks and setbacks
- A mature and strong-minded individual who leads with confidence, leans into receiving feedback, and doesn’t shy away from being challenged for personal growth.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and high EQ. Ability to build strong relationships with all personality types at all levels, ability to navigate difficult conversations or situations and adapt to audience
- Ability to draft highly purposeful and effective communication that aligns with cultural tone, landing with clarity and impact. Strong competency with presentation mediums (e.g., sheets, slides, docs etc) tech platforms and workflow documentation systems.
