Role Details
The Executive Assistant is a role within Disability and is accountable to the Director, Quality and Clinical Services for:
- Providing high level confidential executive and administrative support to the Director and leadership team, including email and diary management and proactive management of critical priorities and time critical tasks and escalations.
- Providing timely, accurate and pro-active advice on a broad range of issues and priorities, including undertaking research, data collection and preparing reports or correspondence.
- Monitoring ensuring that the departmental and divisional policies, procedures, standards, and customer service principles are applied in the delivery of administrative services.
- Managing the day-to-day requirements of the Director’s office to ensure smooth operational function.
- Manage small projects linked to improving executive functions and supporting the role of the Director.
- Maintaining collaborative and effective relationships with a broad range of internal and external partners as a key representative of the Director.

National Police Check required.
Employment-related Screening Check required.
Some out of hours work may be required.
Must hold a current Australian issued driver’s licence (equivalent to minimum class C).
