About the Role
Working in the Family Office the Executive Assistant (EA) will provide full support to a family member/Director. The ideal candidate will be an experienced career EA who exhibits poise and maturity, can manage conflicting priorities, is adept at handling sensitive situations, and understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Be proactive in anticipating the Director's needs
- Manage the Director’s inbox and calendar
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
- Assist in management of property, asset, and investment portfolios
- Bookkeeping and management of personal and family expenditure
- Preparatory support for meetings
- Co-ordination of Committee requirements
Skills And Experience
- Diplomatic, discrete, and able to maintain confidentiality
- EA experience gained working at an executive level
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- IT savvy and demonstrated IT acumen (Diligent Boards and Xero desired)
