Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinating of all ministerial correspondence managed and work flowed through Objective system (Electronic Records Management System
- Knowledge of Objective this system is desirable
- Coordinating Complaints coordination - Excel Experience
- Coordinating Parliamentary Briefing correspondence
- Coordinating Commissioner Correspondence
- Researching and adhoc requests
- Arranging of travel & accommodation
- Coordinating Reporting expectations
- Diary Management
- Minute taking - 2 x Internal meetings
Job Requirements:
- 2 year plus experience in similar Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant role
- Able to provide high-quality administrative support with ability to work in a dynamic team
- Good initiative when responding to challenges in a pressured and changing environment
- Effective problem-solving ability
- Able to learn processes and systems and have strong computer skills
- Excellent communication, written and verbal, able to clearly and effectively liaise with all levels
- Highly regarded if previous Council / Government / Secretary experience Must have the rights to work in Australia and be willing to undertake a Criminal History Check
