The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director and the Group, and assist in delivering specific projects as required.
As Executive Assistant | Assets and Operations, you will act as first point-of-call for a range of enquiries pertinent to the Director's role and Group. You will collate, monitor and distribute documents requiring Director review and signature as well as develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You
We are seeking an individual who holds a Certificate IV in Business Administration or a related discipline and approximately 3 years' work experience in a similar role (indicative).
You will have the following skills and experience;
- Knowledge and ability in the use of Microsoft software packages, including Excel and PowerPoint, record management software systems, enterprise resource planning software, SharePoint, Adobe Suite.
- Working knowledge of Local Government procedures, practices and operational frameworks.
- Ability to plan and schedule own work and manage small projects.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week.
The total remuneration package for this position commences at $81,500.64 gross per annum, comprising of:
- $1412.00 per week base salary
- $155.32 per week superannuation (calculated at 11%)
- Allowances for the position available per week
- Rostered day off scheme (one per month)
- Additional allowances (as per the Award)
- Annual Award salary increases and performance reviews
- Salary packaging program (SmartSalary) (not available to casuals or contracts less than 6 months)
