SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team in the renewable energy sector. This position is located within our Solar Team in Brisbane, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our executives. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

RESPONSABILITES
- Manage the executive team's calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails and phone calls
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain confidential files and records
- Provide general administrative support as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- First Aid certificate (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
