Reporting to the Executive Director of Corporate Services, you will play a critical part in the success of the Corporate Services directorate.
Your knowledge of executive support services and dedication to accuracy and time management will ensure a smooth path for the new Executive Director and their team.
Work type: Temporary Full Time (18 months)
Classification: Band 6 $90,263-$97,365 pa + super
Key responsibilities include:
- Building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Providing support and information to the broader Corporate Services leadership team as required
- Monitoring the Divisional Business Plan and providing regular updates and high level briefings to the Director
- Assisting with the development and monitoring of Corporate Services projects
- Assisting in the development of the Director's annual budget, along with the preparation of the monthly divisional financial summary report
- General administration of the area, such as diary management, coordinating correspondence, arrangement of meetings and events, preparing agendas and minute taking
To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional organisational and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Essential Experience:
- Ability to assist with the preparation of a budget and to monitor and advise the Director on budgetary issues
- Well-developed written communication skills both oral and written including experience in preparation of letters, reports and other correspondence
- Advanced computer and technology skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Tertiary degree or diploma in a related discipline and some relevant experience OR extensive experience in senior secretarial personal support role
