NES Fircroft are working with a Major Teir 1 Mining Operator seeking a mining industry experienced Executive Assistant (site based) to join the team.Job Title: Executive Assistant
Start date: **This is not an urgent requirement, this is an Expression of Interest**
Roster: 5:2 / 4:3 roster
Length of contract: 12 month contract
IMPORTANT: Experience on an Iron Ore site is preferred, must have experience using SAP.
Reporting to: The General Manager (A young Leader)**You must be a resident of Perth to be considered for this position**General Responsibilities:

• Outlook calendar support and travel arrangements for the GM and coverage (GM is a younger leader).
• Supports the delivery of work plans (admin processes, streamlining meetings, drives efficiency).
• Manages and executes key office functions and tasks as part of the central support team.
• Seeks to understand and deliver to senior stakeholder needs and expectations.
• Effectively navigates environmental changes including ways of working, relationships and disciplined execution.
• Being able to work to tight deadlines.
• Collaborative culture and effective communicator with senior leadership.
