Executive Assistant – Infrastructure
Salary: $73,565.44 per annum pro rata

Part Time (14 hours 45 minutes) – Temporary (to 31 December 2024)
An exciting opportunity is available for an Executive Assistant to support the Director Infrastructure at Greater Shepparton City Council!
As EA Infrastructure, you will be tasked with providing high-level administrative and executive support to the Director Infrastructure to ensure smooth operation and efficiencies within their day-to-day activities. This role is part time, with working days to be Wednesday and Thursday, 7 hours per day.
Located at the Greater Shepparton City Council – Doyles Road Complex, this position is an integral role to the whole of the Infrastructure Directorate and requires someone who:
- Has previous experience in governance, executive or administration assistance.
- Enjoys providing professional customer service through excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Enjoys resolving complex issues as they arise.
- Can demonstrate and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
More about the role:
Your day will be dynamic and varied. You will work closely with the Infrastructure Leadership Team, and wider organisation. Some of your tasks will include:
- Preparing, drafting and monitoring correspondence, reports and other relevant material as directed.
- Managing the Director Infrastructure’s diary and calendar.
- Preparing and distributing various agendas and collating supporting documentation.
- Taking minutes including attendance at meetings, recording actions and distribution of action sheets.
