Executive Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Managing Director and management team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for;

• Managing calenders
• Coordinating meetings and events
• Optimizing efficiency through your proactive and organised approach

As the Executive Assistant you will be the key link between the Managing Director, management team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Your role will involve not just supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, but also proactively identifying areas for improvement, implementing innovative solutions and optimizing the use of time and resources.   

In addition to managing calenders and logisitics, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making processes by providing valuable insights and support.
