This is a great opportunity to support a down to earth Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in a diverse and challenging role. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and will be critical in facilitating the CEO's effectiveness and efficiency in managing day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
This role also leads the administrative support function for the Delta Group that provides support to the Leadership team and broader business ensuring effective and efficient operation of the business.
Qualities you will need to succeed in this role
- Tertiary qualifications in business, administration, commercial or related field – Degree level preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting C-suite executives.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- A high level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
