ATLAS Recruitment are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a creative design company. Providing first class assistance to a busy Director.
About the Role:
- Experience in arranging overseas travel.
- Able to compile background papers for meetings, prepare agendas, follow-up on items and take minutes as required.
- Creation of PowerPoint presentations, document templates and Excel spreadsheets as necessary
- Coordination of quarterly Group meetings
- Arranging and tracking of travel
- Day to day administrative support
- Be happy to step outside of the standard EA responsibilities at times, handling some personal assistant duties from time to time
- A wide variety of ad hoc requests that require initiative, and problem-solving skills.
- Office management / adhoc PA duties when required.
- Minimum 4 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within the creative industry space
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment, no two days will be the same.
- Multi-tasker with excellent attention to detail
- Hybrid / wfh & office site location
