But enough about us, let’s talk about you We are in the market for a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide effective executive, administration and Community project support that will assist the Place and Community Directorate to meet its strategic, corporate, and business objectives. Reporting to the Director Place and Community, this role will provide the highest level of professional, confidential, and efficient executive support, along with an exceptional quality of customer service. What impact will you make? Significant experience in executive, administration, secretarial or personal assistant role. Previous experience in developing and delivering community or other projects. Working independently with limited supervision. Demonstrated competence in a high level administrative or project support role. Understanding of the various structures and functions of Local Government (desirable). An understanding of project management processes. What can you bring to the team? Secretarial, Business or Community Administration qualifications, or relevant work experience (minimum 3-5 years). Ability to work independently, utilising own initiative and make decisions within authorised guidelines. Advanced knowledge and proficiency in computer software packages including Microsoft Office suite. Well-developed communication skills (listening, comprehension, written, verbal and in person). Ability to work within a team environment, with minimal supervision. Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
