In this dynamic and essential role, you'll oversee the delivery of administration services to ensure the efficient operation of Byron Central Hospital.
You'll provide secretariat and administrative support to the Executive team and provide leadership, supervision and operational management of administrative support staff.

If you have:
Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience in providing high level administrative support, including demonstrated experience managing an administration team
High level interpersonal skills with an ability to exercise judgment and discretion while maintaining confidentiality, and the ability to be flexible and adaptable
Effective organisational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines and work effectively as part of a team
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and computer-based competency, preferably utilising Microsoft applications
