About the role
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will serve as a strategic partner, trusted confidant, and professional problem-solver. You will support the Chief Executive and exemplify our values with a professional, commercial, and customer-centric approach. You possess excellent interpersonal skills and understand the importance of personal well-being in achieving professional success.
Your proactive problem-solving ability, exceptional communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail will contribute to the effective management of Great Southern Bank. You will provide strategic counsel, technical expertise, critical analysis, and administrative support to the CEO. Working closely with the Executive team and their assistants, you work seamlessly together with others to ensure strong leadership and outcomes in the organisation.
Located at Great Southern Bank's Head Office, situated at 300 George Street, Brisbane CBD.
What we’re looking for…
•At least 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant in a similar sized or larger organisation. Previous experience as an EA to the CEO desirable but not essential.
•Outstanding professional conduct and an impeccable reputation for maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.
•Superior problem-solving and prioritisation skills, with the ability to anticipate and prepare for any challenge.
•Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
•Efficient, confident, and a strong communicator with the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate, consult, and inspire.
•Creative and unafraid to challenge the status quo.
•Accurate, results-focused, and capable of translating ideas into practical implementation.
•A natural relationship-builder and a trusted advisor to senior executives.
