Working closely with the CEO this vital EA role is the key person that helps the CEO to lead this complex commercial business. Engaging with VIP stakeholders will be a key part of the role, from government officials to Senior Executives of major companies.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Organisation & preparation of Board, Committee, Executive Team and key stakeholder meetings.
- Preparation and distribution of Executive and Board reports, minutes and CEO presentations.
- Diary management for Chair, CEO, COO and CFO.
- Engage with VIP stakeholders as required.
- Event coordination & management.
- Manage all travel requirements.
- Manage the office which includes management of: Office equipment, Office supplies, Technology & service providers,Tenancy arrangements, and HR management records.
- Strong EA experience assisting a Senior Executive/s in a commercial setting.
- The ability to shift priorities as challenges present themselves.
- A proactive approach.
- The ability to be multitask.
- Outstanding organisational and follow up skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to establish positive working relationships with key stakeholders and senior executives.
- The capability to work in a close, multifaceted team environment.
- Competent with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
