Are you a strong Executive Assistant looking for a new challenge close to home?! If so, an amazing opportunity has become available in Surrey Hills.

About the role
This is a unique and challenging role that transcends the traditional duties of an Executive Assistant and will allow you to work as a true business partner.
Providing support to the CFO and COO this role balances managing day-to-day tasks with higher-level support which includes handling sensitive information, relationships and other projects.
This is a busy and challenging role where you will be involved in multiple areas of the business. If you are a passionate Executive Assistant who is open to a fantastic temporary to Permanent role close to home, this could be the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
  • Diary and calendar management
  • Arranging travel bookings for leadership team
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Reconciliation of expense statements
  • Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence for Executive Leadership team.
  • Minute taking
  • Full-scale email inbox management and corresponding on the behalf of the executive
  • Format, read, and review board papers to ensure there is no discrepancies and distribute them to the relevant board members
  • Attend board meetings for the purpose of minute taking and draft minutes and actions-arising lists
  • Other ad hoc duties as per directed
Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in complex diary management as well as booking travel on a national scale
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to draft and send correspondence on the behalf of your Leader
  • Extensive experience preparing, reviewing and formatting board papers and reports
  • Experience in minute taking and secretarial duties
  • Dedicated to work with exceptional organization skills, and the ability to follow through on all matters
  • Ability to work autonomously, be proactive, and think outside the box when faced with issues
  • Sound judgement and morals with personal integrity, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
