So, what's the role?
  
We're seeking a skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to join our exceptional team. Providing support to our Directors remains the key focus, whilst assisting with office activities and coordinating events, you'll be at the heart of it all, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  
In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our three Directors, gaining invaluable insight into the world of property development and fund management as you work across Leyton Funds and Leyton Property.
  
Day-to-day responsibilities:
  • Acting as a primary point of contact between the Directors and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Taking high-quality meeting minutes, preparing agendas, and circulating meeting outcomes to drive progress and accountability.
  • Liaising with external marketing agencies to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Collating information for Board reports and assisting with quarterly reporting distribution.
  • Updating and maintaining corporate Powerpoint presentations
  • Coordinating events and providing support for special projects and initiatives.
  • Overseeing office operations, including maintaining supplies, organising files, and managing correspondence.
  • Providing general administrative assistance, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to pitch in where necessary.
