Ngwala Willumbong (Pitjantjatjara for “Dry Place”) Aboriginal Corporation Ltd is an Aboriginal-controlled organisation (ACCO) that is devoted to providing high quality, specialised alcohol and drug rehabilitation and support services to meet the needs of Aboriginal people and their families.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer to provide project, administrative, clerical, compliance and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). They are responsible for the efficient and effective running of the CEO’s office. The Executive assistant is the key point of contact for internal and external matters requiring the CEO’s attention, participation, approval and input. They also act as the Company Secretary acting as secretariat and key contact for the Board and all Board related matters.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:
- Managing executive's calendars and scheduling appointments
- Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing itineraries
- Drafting correspondence and preparing reports as needed
- Assisting with meeting preparations, including taking minutes when necessary
- Handling incoming calls and emails on behalf of the executive team
- Maintaining filing systems and organizing documents

Qualifications:
- A relevant tertiary qualification, e.g. Business Administration
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong time-management skills
Mandatory Requirements
- Victorian Employee Working with Children's Check
- National Police Check (no older than 3 months)
- Driver's license
- Minimum 2 vaccinations for Covid19
