About the Opportunity - Immediate start!
An amazing opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to take on this role supporting the Project Director on a high profile project with our joint venture partners. Your exceptional multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment will be key to your success in the role.
This role will be accountable for:
- Delivering accurate, timely and responsive administrative support to the Project Director
- Managing travel, accommodation and conference requirements
- Coordination and minute taking of Alliance Management meetings
- Contribution to the effective organisation of project related events
- Diary management
- All documentation such as project communications, letters and reports
- General office management duties and ensuring office effectiveness by meeting ad hoc needs and requirements
- Liaising with internal and external clients on a regular basis
- Managing corporate credit cards, expense claims
Minimum requirements for this role are:
- Experience in a corporate EA/Personal Assistant position, ideally in infrastructure or heavy industry
- High-level organisational, time management, interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with multiple in-house databases
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
