Executive Coordinator

Immediately available opportunity to join a global private markets advisor in the heard of the CBD

Our client is a global private markets advisor based in the CBD of course. They have a strong focus on private equity, infrastructure, private credit, and sustainable investing. They are looking for an experienced Executive Coordinator to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Role Overview: Support the growth of the Australia and APAC business by assisting with institutional investor and consultant relationships. Work closely with the Australian Managing Director in various capacities, contributing to fundraising efforts across multiple investment products.
Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings with the Australian Managing Director and document proceedings - taking notes
• Review proposals from an ANZ perspective
• Assist with NDA reviews for fundraising processes
• Conduct research on the Aus/NZ LP and GP landscape
• Identify opportunities for ANZ stapled mandates and LP led secondaries
• Coordinate roadshows in Aus/NZ and manage related administrative tasks
• Assist with project managing fundraising mandates
• Handle Melbourne office administrative duties

Requirements:

• Previous experience in financial services
• Interest in learning about various investment strategies
• Proven track record of implementing systematic approaches to tasks
• Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with high integrity
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
