Job description
Some of your responsibilities will include:- Review and respond to both internal and external enquiries or requests for the General Manager, ensuring oversight of tasks and activities to guarantee timely and accurate responses.- Anticipate needs of the General Manager, including handling meeting papers, providing input, and preparing meeting summaries, while also establishing and maintaining systems and processes for efficient task management.- Support compliance with timesheet completion for the branch, while also serving as a Local Systems Administrator to assist users and approvers.- Lead the Administration Officers across the Branch, ensuring best practices and consistent processes while driving business improvement.- Support various projects or business activities for the Office of the General Manager by coordinating administrative tasks to meet public sector standards for governance, financial, physical and human resources.
