Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is partnering with C-Suite Partners for the significant appointment of our next Executive Director, People & Culture.

The role
The Executive Director, People and Culture is a strategic leadership role that will work with the Chief Executive Officer and Executive team to create an overarching culture that drives health. The role will lead cultural change across a large workforce (15,000), lead the People and organisational development strategy across the group and drive strategic priorities across talent, engagement, development and leadership in an evidence-based manner.
You will lead the People & Culture function spanning Business Partnering, Industrial Relations, Organisational Development & Workforce Strategy, Workplace Health & Safety, Wellbeing, Systems, HR Services and Operations.
Key requirements
- Strong generalist HR background at the executive level with a focus on strategy and leading teams to deliver results.
- Experience in shaping strategic thinking, and leading the development of policy, strategy and programs.
- Proven experience in successfully leading cultural change programs across large and geographically dispersed workforce.
- Qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or relevant discipline.
- Significant communication and relationship building skills with the ability to engage the Board and a wide range of other stakeholders through change.
- Significant experience in responding to and providing high-level strategic advice on complex and politically sensitive issues.
