AddressThe Executive Manager Finance and Company Secretary will present commercially astute, with an authentic and inclusive approach. You will demonstrate previous experience leading a diverse shared services portfolio, and the ability to lead and successfully implement improved analytics, budgeting and business system and process improvements.
The successful candidate will also present with the following:
- A Tertiary Qualification in Business or Finance + CPA or CA qualifications.
- High emotional intelligence and a leadership style that embraces accountability, teamwork, and shared responsibility.
- As a credible expert in finance, corporate governance, financial audit reporting and compliance standards
- Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships and communicate productively with a variety of people at all levels.
- Sound strategic thinking and analytic skills
- Advanced Excel and IT systems knowledge
- The ability to build, mentor and develop a high performing team.
- Prior experience with Board reporting, and Company Secretary duties
- A strong service orientation and alignment with OHV mission and values.
