About The Role:The
Executive Officer in the Office of the Director General provides high level executive, administrative and governance support to the Director General and other members of the Corporate Executive (CorpEx) at the Department. Support includes high level executive administration services, coordination of Ministerial and internal briefing notes and correspondence, stakeholder engagement, general business management, financial, research and projects; and business improvement.The position operates with a high degree of autonomy and authority and has responsibility for dealing with a range of high level, complex and confidential issues for the Director General, often working within tight timelines, under the supervision and guidance of the Senior
Executive Officer.
