The Department for Child Protection is seeking an Executive Support Officer to play a pivotal role in facilitating the effective operation of the Chief Executive's office by handling a wide range of tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
The role is responsible for:
- Providing executive and administrative support by preparing correspondence and documents, organising venues, facilities and catering, arranging relevant travel bookings
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to handle urgent and confidential matters
- Provide support on sensitive and confidential issues for the Office of the Chief Executive
- Preparation of agenda papers and undertaking and monitoring appropriate follow up action for committees
- Contributing to project initiatives by Assisting Project Officer when required, undertaking research, analysing data, and preparing reports.

You will also have high-level interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to a wide range of key internal and external stakeholders.
