Experience & Skills Required
- Reconciliations: Expertise in handling complex bank reconciliations with precision and accuracy and proven experience in maintaining and reconciling balance sheets to ensure financial integrity.
- Month End Procedures: Proficiency in executing month-end financial processes with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.
- Intra Company Movements: Skill in managing intra-company transactions and ensuring seamless financial coordination.
- Weekly Payroll and Payroll Tax: Hands-on experience in weekly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and expertise managing payroll tax obligations in QLD and VIC.
- BAS/IAS: In-depth knowledge of Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS).
- Workcover and Insurances: Ability to accurately manage Workcover expenses and an in-depth understanding of managing various insurance aspects of the organisation.
- QBCC Reporting: Familiarity with Queensland Building and Construction Commission reporting requirements.
- Job Coding: Skill in assigning and managing job codes for accurate financial tracking.
- Receivables/Payables: Proficient in overseeing both receivables and payables functions.
- Staff On-boarding & IT Coordination: Experience with coordination of the onboarding process and capability to coordinate IT administration.
- Purchase Orders/Sales Orders and Credit Account Creation: Expertise in managing and reconciling purchase and sales orders and the ability to create and manage credit accounts in compliance with company policies.
