Join a well-established, chartered accounting firm based in Parkville, delivering a wide range of Bookkeeping services to our clients through Xero specialisation and cloud-based accounting.
This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are passionate about the work that we do and are looking for a Experienced Bookkeeper.
25 hours per week in the office with flexibility on hours to suit the right candidate. An immediate start preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of BAS, IAS, TPAR
- Processing of payroll including lodging STP, Super Guarantee, SGC Statements, Workcover declarations
- Xero ledger file management
- Xero setups & conversions
- Regular communication with a wide range of clients
- Regular bookkeeping tasks including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable management, document management etc.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 4 years experience in a bookkeeping role required
- Relevant qualification in bookkeeping
- Highly proficient in Xero and associated apps
- Possess strong interpersonal, organisation and communication skills
