In addition to your experience and knowledge of Japanese Fusion cuisine, we are looking for someone who has a passion for creating masterpiece dishes. We want our guests to be wowed by the presentation and taste of every dish they try, and we know that you have the skills to make that happen.

If you are a chef who is up for the challenge of creating fine dining experiences that leave a lasting impression, then we want to hear from you! Apply today and join our team. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team.

This includes everything from knives, pans, and food scales to measuring cups, mixing bowls, and other cooking equipment.

• Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients: You will need to carefully study each recipe before preparing it, making sure that you have all the necessary ingredients on hand. This means checking that the correct quantities of each ingredient are available and that they are fresh and of high quality.

• Cook food in a timely manner: One of the most important responsibilities of a chef is to prepare food in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality. You will need to work efficiently and manage your time effectively to ensure that each dish is cooked to perfection and served on time.

• Supervise cooks and assist as needed: You will need to supervise cooks, providing them with guidance and support as needed. This may involve stepping in to help with the preparation of certain dishes or providing feedback on their performance.

• Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests: Customers may have specific dietary requirements or preferences that need to be taken into consideration. You will need to be able to slightly modify recipes to meet these needs, such as reducing salt or removing dairy.

• Monitor food stock and place orders: You will be responsible for monitoring the stock of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that you always have enough on hand to prepare dishes. This means placing orders for new ingredients when necessary and keeping track of inventory levels.

• Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items: As a chef, you will need to check the freshness of ingredients and discard any that are out-of-date or spoiled. This ensures that the dishes you prepare are of the highest quality and that your customers are not exposed to any health risks.
