About us: We are Compass Immunology Clinic, Queensland’s largest private medical specialist clinic providing care for patients with allergic and immunological disorders. With Clinics located in Grange, Greenslopes, Toowoomba, Birtinya (Sunshine Coast)and Mount Gravatt, we specialise in the diagnosis and management of allergies, autoimmune disorders and immune deficiency disorders. The Role: We have an opening available within our front desk administration team!
Experienced Medical Receptionist
- The position will be for a Full Time Permanent role. We can offer a 9-day fortnight if you prefer.
- Our clinics operate Monday – Friday 7am – 6pm and naturally your work hours would be rostered within this time. We do operate until 8pm on a Tuesday evening and you would be required to be available for this rotating shift.

- Previous experience in a medical/allied health setting
- Medical software experience - Medical Director/Pracsoft desirable
- Professional and friendly interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key responsibilities would include:
- Attendance and discharge of patients
- Management of patient records and data
- Patient billing
- Appointment scheduling
- Manage patient and other health care provider enquiries
- Excellent telephone skills
- Prioritising confidentiality at all times
