THE OPPORTUNITY
Location: Sunshine Coast
This opportunity will see you reporting to the Regional Manager and working alongside our Export Sales Team to provide support with quotations, product information and liaising with international customers to help assist with delivering the sales strategy for North Asia.
YOUR RESPONSILBITIES
This support function to the Regional Manager will see you:
- Liaising with Customers in relation to status of sales orders whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
- Participate in meetings and proactively escalate issues of risk and opportunity to Leadership and Executive teams.
- Assist with the facilitation of international customer site visits and tours.
- Reconcile invoices and process debit & credit notes in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the design and development of systems/technology to enable the business to achieve its operational goals into the future.
- Ensure efficient and professional information flows from Sales to other functions of organisation and externally.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL
You will bring with you:
- Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in a Customer Service, Sales and/or Export Documentation role.
- Outstanding written / verbal communication and computer skills.
- Customer Service Excellence
- Attention to detail.
- Self-starter.
- Proactive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Results driven.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or agriculture is preferable.
