Tidal Recruitment Partners are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for Learning Designers in the Education Sector.
We work with multiple clients across the education sector. Our clients consist of Universities, Colleges, Schools and Private Education Providers across Australia. These roles can range from short -long term temporary, contract and permanent opportunities.
Potential Opportunity:

• Work with subject matter experts to develop course content and workshop materials.
• Create learning content, assessments, marking guides and additional resources.
• Through engagement research you will create new courses and workshops, craft frameworks and collaboration with SME’s.
• Build course structures, schedules, plans and module flows for both online and in class learning.
• Work with creative teams & SMEs to create diverse media course content.
• Review the quality of course work and conduct regular audits of existing content.
• Actively collaborate with the marketing team to produce course guides.
• Develop operation support documentation, including but not limited to mentor guides, marking templates and onboarding instructions as required.

About you

• Be able to work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organised with exceptional written communication skills.
• Have the ability to multitask with effective project management skills.
• Creative and have an eye for detail.
• Adept in research
• Be able to interpret technical content for educational purposes.
• Ability to adapt and adopt new methodologies.
• Have a strong focus on outcomes.
• Proficient in online | eLearning or instructional design
• Able to simplify complex concepts into easily understandable content.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience with basic HTML| CSS, Adobe CS and Canva.
