Responsibilities:

• Launch the MVP site and future sites as the business expands
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Ezistay, ensuring continuous improvement in sales
• Implement business plans to achieve goals within agreed timeframes
• Conduct market research, monitor trends, and analyze competitor loyalty programs for effective Marketing and Operation plans
• Manage, training & development operational teams
• Proactively manage relationships with vendors, clients, and business partners to ensure seamless logistics and courier operations
• Collaborate with business units (Marketing, Strategy, IT, HR, FA) to enhance customer satisfaction
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to formalize and streamline processes
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
• Promote a high-performing environment and ensure compliance with all hotel industry standards
• Handle other duties or ad-hoc tasks and projects as delegated

About You:

• 4+ years' manager experience in hotel or hostel
• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding set KPIs.
• Rapid ability to acquire new technology, including apps and software of PMS
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluency in English, plus bilingual or multilingual language skills.
