Emu Gully Adventure Education Group exists to ‘shape great Australians’.

We believe that the ‘shaping’ process occurs:

best in the outdoors,

through shared experience,

includes challenge, responsibility and struggle,

is inspired by the Anzac story and values, and

empowers participants to uncover their capacity.

We aim to create a ‘best camp ever’ experience with memories that will last a lifetime.

Positions (full time and part time) exist to join the program staff who will work with 21500 young people this year.

We seek people who desire to be a coach/mentor and are enthusiastic about creating learning experiences in an outdoor setting. Applicants need an optimistic outlook, be active and willing learners and demonstrate initiative in a team environment.

Experience in working with young people is required. Qualifications can be obtained on the job. A Working with Children (Blue card) is a requirement of the job.
