Job Description
About the Role
The Facilities Coordinator provides administration support to the Facility Manager and broader team as and when required. The role specifically involves general administration duties, invoicing, analysis of data, contractor performance management, essential services compliance work and monthly reporting
What You Will Be Doing
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the day to day delivery of the Facilities function within the site operations
Monitor, action and maintain work orders in JDE
Implement and monitor routine tasks (reactive works) and ensure timely completion of all activities, including escalations as appropriate.
Implement and monitor preventative maintenance activities to ensure timely completion as well as amendment / update of annual schedules as appropriate.
Respond, action, and follow through adhoc client queries.
Provide input and seek support from Asset Management, and Health, Safety, Security and Environment teams for compliance and Australian standard requirements
Assist with contractual reporting requirements.
Participate and contribute in client governance meetings
About You
Circa 12 months + in a previous facility coordination/workplace services role
Tertiary qualification in a property/facilities related field (beneficial)
Experience in meeting client needs within agreed timelines
Effective communicator and able to liaise with a range of stakeholders
