Find a career that matters and lastsAs a Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for delivering programmed and ad hoc corporate facilities services, including repairs, replacements, installations, inspections, and testing. The ideal candidate will have a background in facilities and maintenance services, with experience in a complex technical organisation operating 24/7.

Specifically, You Will

• Coordinate the engagement and supervision of facilities services-related contractors as required.
• Participate in the 24/7 facilities on-call roster, ensuring timely and effective responses to issues and enquiries to protect and enhance people, assets, reputation, and the environment.
• Discharge site safety and fire safety roles on behalf of the organisation.
• Provide input into tendering, tender assessment, and selection of vendors for facilities-related services and materials across allocated jobs.

The community you will joinBased in our Virginia office you will work under the supervision of the Team Leader Workplace Operations and provide comprehensive facilities management services across our corporate facilities.

Your expertise

• Completion of Year 12 with a pass in English and Maths. (desirable).
• Diploma level qualification in Facilities Management (preferred).
• Trade level qualifications in construction and/or maintenance disciplines or equivalent professional experience (highly regarded).
• Experience in a role providing facilities and maintenance services for a complex technical organisation operating 24X7. (highly regarded).
• Demonstrated experience in the use of manual/electric tools to undertake handyman type activities.
• Basic to intermediate ability in the use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other PC software.
