AddressWe are seeking a candidate who can provide a high-quality, person-centered approach and provide tenancy and property management services in a state government department on the Gold Coast. You will offer a wide array of services and guidance related to applications, tenancy, and property management to members of the public and other stakeholders.
Key Duties:
- Serve as the initial point of contact, addressing inquiries and delivering customer support
- Conduct housing assessments and manage the maintenance of properties
- Manage tenant arrangements, adhering to departmental legislation
- Monitor and manage outstanding arrears, rent assessments, and refunds
- Maintain accurate customer and property records
Key skills/experience required:
- Previous Property Management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience and ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Previous experience as a customer service consultant handling challenging enquiries
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Class C Driver's License
This is an AO3 position, paying $46.27 per hour plus super. This is an ongoing temporary position, with an immediate start. The position has a standard 38 hour working week and is based in Robina.
