Our client currently has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Facilities Coordinator to join their Hawthorn Office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is task-focused and wants to join a large Australian company. You will need to be highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously and in a team.
Reporting to the Head of Property, this position is accountable for providing first class customer service and administration support to the business. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions and assisting with all aspects of facilities management across the group's portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Allocating work
- Customer Service
- Identifying and managing repairs
- Payment administration
- Liaising with both Internal/External stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedure
- General Administration
- Reporting
Key skills and attributes required for the role:
- Strong facilities experience
- High attention to detail
- Strong Administration skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
