As part of the Grand Prix Automotive Group, we are a family based organisation with multiple businesses across multiple locations in greater north Brisbane.
We require an experienced Business Manager to join Joseph and his team at Lakes Hyundai in a fast paced but fun work environment.t
The Opportunity:
We are looking for an ambitious individual who will take the Finance & Insurance department to greater heights. The role is a combination of Sales & Customer interaction and therefore would ideally suit a friendly, confident and resilient person who can deliver great results within time constraints.
Building strong customer relationships is key to retention and that is what we are looking for. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing tailored financial solutions to ensure our customers choose the right option for them when buying a car, at the same time as ensuring optimum outcomes for the business. It will be the BM's responsibility to submit accurate and timely applications and work strategically with our financiers and insurers to get deals approved.
The person we are looking for will:
- Ensure that the financial solutions provided to customers adhere to best practice
- Be hungry to achieve results and generate outcomes above and beyond expectations
- Be adept at working with a cooperative Sales team and other front line staff to maximize results and close deals.
- Be proactive and looking to accept challenges
- Take leadership in educating the Sales team on Finance & Insurance products; so as to initiate early introductions
- Be excellent in time-management & planning and be ready for any situation and show resilience

- Flexible Work Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm; Sat 8:30 - 5:00pm; with regular RDO's each month - Negotiable
- Fully Supportive Management team and regular ongoing training with two established and reputed Manufacturer backed Finance companies; which makes Finance approvals quite achievable
