About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join the team as a Field Service Supervisor.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Field Service Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision and guidance to a team of technicians whilst maintaining a safety conscious environment.
Our Field Service Supervisor will work alongside internal and external stakeholders continues to achieve business targets and promote continuous improvement within the department.
This position will be based at our Tomago facility, working 10 hour days Monday to Friday.
Skills & Experience
Trade certificate with proven post trade experience
Demonstrated ability to manage a high performing team
Intermediate Computer Literacy Skills (including MS Office Suite)
Advanced communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise accordingly
Highly developed attention to detail
Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding for team members
Desirable:
Previous experience servicing Caterpillar equipment
Frontline Management qualifications or similar leadership qualifications
