Field Service Technician

Seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to carry out installation & field maintenance of commercial laundry & associated equipment and reporting. Office based in Mitcham, service area East Melbourne. 
 
Key Responsibilities 

• Assemble - Wire & Plumbing of machines 
• Deliver - Load & unload products
• Install - As per specs (manufactured)
• Commission - As per specs (manufactured)
• Program - Program controllers (senior tech)
• Maintain - Preventative/scheduled 
• Repair - Breakdown & call out
• Reporting - Job Documentation
• Customer Service - Polite & informative 
• Ensuring all documentation from site is recorded and
• Deal with clients, suppliers, and other employees professionally at all times
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to build ongoing relationships with contractors and consultants

Must Have

• Construction Card
• National Police Check
• Drivers License (M)
• Fully vaccinated + Flu shot
• Restricted Electrical Licence
• Previous experience working with Commercial Equipment (3+ years)
• Must have experience working in Australia in a similar role (due to safety standards)
