The day to day in this role will look like:
Based Full Time from our Alexandria Office
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-end recruitment and attracting top talent for our retail stores within Australia and New Zealand.
Partnering with Country, State and Regional Managers, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all new hires are culturally aligned and meet role specific skillset requirements that contribute to high performing teams.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for:
· Providing end-end recruitment
· Attract and retain top talent for Store teams in AUS, NZ
· Proactively source top talent and develop talent pools for current and future opportunities
· Proactively source new talent and develop talent pools for future opportunities via advertisement platforms
· Source, phone screen, shortlist and interview candidates
· Conduct face to face, virtual and group interviews with candidates
· Recruit both from within our Sydney Office or out in the field as required within our Lovisa stores and Centres
· Partner with Country, State and Regional Managers to appoint and hire top talent into the business
· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· Manage offer and negotiation phase of recruitment, through to candidate acceptance
· Provide candidate care and follow up post interview
· Committed to on-going recruitment strategies to continually attract top talent.
Lovisa Loves:
A can-do attitude with the following skills:
- 2 – 5 years of experience in high volume end-end recruitment either in retail or FMCG
- Retail experience advantageous
- Proven ability to plan, organise and deliver results on time in a fast past environment
- Demonstrated understanding of customer experience and ability to build productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to influence and negotiate desired outcomes
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Strong time management and organisational skills and attention to detail to manage work, competing deadlines and sensitive projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- Flexible and resilient in fast paced retail environment
