QTK Group is seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our expanding company as a Finance and Administration Assistant. This presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a crucial role within our team, combining financial responsibilities with front reception duties. The ideal candidate will exude a warm and welcoming personality, along with strong administrative skills to support the finance team in accounts receivable. The successful candidate will become part of a supportive team of 3 and report to the Administration Manager.

About you

• You will have a warm and welcoming personality and be able to remain calm under pressure.
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable/receptionist role
• You would be outstanding at communicating with others and be confident interacting with clients over the phone.
• Have intermediate-level skills concerning computers with excellent data entry skills, administration, and telephone management.
• Exceptional organisational and work coordination skills
• Being able to quickly learn and adhere to our office procedures, protocols, and systems is a must.
