THE ROLE:
As a Finance Administrator you will be working side-by-side to support our Group Accountant to ensure all our various financial services and requirements are done accurately, efficiently and effectively.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Daily reconciliation of bank accounts
- Monthly credit card and travel expense reconciliations
- Maintenance of all financial records including debtors, creditors.
- Resolve discrepancies and reconcile key accounts
- Draft preparation of monthly financial workpapers including journal entries
- Assisting with preparation of quarterly BAS
- Assist Group Accountant as required
Skills and Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in accounting or currently studying accounting
- Experience using MS Programs
- Experience using Accounting Software Packages
- Following instructions and procedures
- Attention to Detail
- 1-2 Years Accounting/Book-Keeping experience
