About the role
Based in the corporate head office, this role overs a great opportunity to work in a fast moving, dynamic, ASX environment, and is well suited to a recent graduate, or self starter who is keen to learn and develop as our business expands.
Reporting to our Procurement and Transactional Accounting Manager, this role is responsible for providing a wide variety of assistance to the Transactional team.
This includes areas such as:
- Banking support and payment allocation
- Collections task including administering our auctions process and bad debt write off
- Invoicing and accounts receivable
- Processing of customer refunds
- Corporate Account administration support
- Accounts payable support.
- Must be immediately available
- Experience in finance and working in a larger finance team
- Excellent technology skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suits
