Boutique Family Law Firm seeks a part time Finance Assistant. Flexible on days | 15-20 hours a week | Law Firm experience is essential.. The Role As a Finance Assistant, you will support the Practice Manager. Duties include trust account reconciliations, trust receipting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general bank reconciliations, debtors. You will also assist with building management issues, liaise with IT Consultant, organise business cards and merchandise. This is a permanent part time position working 15-20 hours a week over 3 or 4 days a week. Hours are flexible. You You will have a minimum of 2 years Finance Assistant experience within a law firm environment. The Firm/ Salary Well established boutique Family Law Firm based in the Brisbane CBD. Total staff of 17. Friendly and professional team that encourage work/life balance. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (up to $75,000 + Super pro rata).
